Before making a reservation with Komodo Nest Tour, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and all participants in your group.

A. General

• Please contact our customer service to check trip schedules, cabin availability, and boat options before booking.
• Ensure you have read all trip details and inclusions in our catalog or provided itinerary.
• Photos and specifications of the boat will be shared before confirming your reservation.
• If the selected boat experiences technical issues, we will replace it with another boat of the same class and value.
• This trip is not recommended for pregnant women, infants (0–2 years), or those prone to seasickness.
• A valid ID card or passport is required for harbor clearance.
• Cabin allocation for Open Trips is based on the order of booking confirmation.
• By joining the trip, participants agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes on Komodo Nest Tour’s media channels.

B. Deposit and Cancellation

• A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking (non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable).
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before departure.
• Force Majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.) may result in schedule changes or trip cancellations. No refunds are provided for unused facilities or losses caused by such events.
• Rescheduling is allowed only once, no later than 30 days before departure.
• If Komodo Nest Tour cancels the trip due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., engine failure), a replacement boat of the same class will be arranged. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

C. Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment such as snorkels, masks, or life jackets and will be charged accordingly.
• Participants must follow the tour leader’s instructions throughout the trip. Any personal actions outside the itinerary are not the responsibility of Komodo Nest Tour.
• Carrying illegal substances or causing disturbances will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.

D. Delay or Absence

• Late arrival or absence on the day of departure results in no refund or reschedule.
• Failure to gather at the designated meeting point on time during the trip is the participant’s responsibility, including any additional costs incurred.
• Komodo Nest Tour is not responsible for missed activities or damages caused by participants who withdraw or fail to appear during the trip.

E. Payment

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other confirmed payment methods.
• Bank fees and currency conversion differences are the responsibility of the customer.
• A digital or printed invoice and booking confirmation will be provided once payment is received.

F. Insurance

• Participants are strongly advised to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, loss of belongings, or trip interruptions due to flight delays or unforeseen circumstances.
